The LCRDM DCC Implementations Network, in collaboration with local DCCs and the Netherlands eScience Center, is organizing a free in-person onboarding event for new Research Software Engineers (RSEs), and those who are involved in Research Software management and support. The programme is a mix of talks, speed-dating and other interactive sessions. The talks will cover the national and international landscape. During the speed dating session, participants will hear from five different local DCCs on their experience in supporting researchers on research software. The interactive sessions will dive into organizing coding cafes, outreach activities, training, infrastructure and other topics of interest to participants.
