At the end of 2024, we expanded our digital presence by joining the rapidly growing social media platform, Bluesky. You can now connect with us using our social handle, @esciencecenter.bsky.social. Bluesky, which has quickly gained traction with over 25 million users, provides an exciting opportunity to engage with new audiences and further our mission of advancing digital research and innovation.
Our decision to join Bluesky reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of digital communication trends and reaching diverse communities. On this newer platform, we will share updates, celebrate achievements and foster conversations around open science, reproducible research and promising digital innovations.
We will still remain active on our existing channels—X (formerly Twitter), Mastodon, and LinkedIn.

Who are we?
The eScience Center is a research organization dedicated to applying research software to answer research questions in any scientific domain through project collaborations. It has the largest concentration of dedicated, high-level research software expertise in the Netherlands.
